Meg Stone is self-actualization.

Meg Stone is the Director of IMPACT, a Boston-area abuse prevention and self-defense organization. In her memoir, Another Chance at Home: A Story of Domestic Violence Work, Meg writes about the struggles, joys, and contradictions of activism to create change in the most intimate parts of our lives. Publications include Ms., Bitch, and American Journal of Nursing blogs, J Journal, and the anthologies I Do/I Don’t: Queers on Marriage and Pinned Down by Pronouns.

Meg is the essayist for the July 18 reading.
